Pictures at an Exhibition for Two Pianos, Four Hands Modeste Mussorgsky arr. by Reginald Haché Cat.#10056 $35.00 for two full scores Haché, a fine pianist had performed the solo piano version of Pictures on numerous occasions and wanted to provide more volume, dramatic effects, and orchestral color so he arranged the entire work for two pianos, four hands. He also wanted to make this work more accessible to a greater number of serious piano students who have yet to develop the skills necessary to master this work in its original form. The numerous performances of this arrangement during three successive seasons by the extraordinary two piano team, The Paratore Brothers really showcased this wonderful arrangement. • Advanced • Two parts in full score included. Bossa Para Toro for Two Pianos, Four Hands Mark Manduca Cat.#10009 $4.00 This work in Latin Style is designed to facilitate improvisation. This is a great pice for students to play the syncopated Latin rhythms. The place where the student can solo is designed around the D Phrygian mode. The player who plays the "accompaniment" may substitute their own voices and rhythm patterns. Students love playing this piece, and no matter how inexperienced they are as improvisors, they sound great in the format given. Parts are expanded increase the sonority, but it is all very playable. The Children's Corner Suite By Claude Debussy, arranged for two pianos, four hands by Reginald Haché. These wonderful pieces can now be shared with another pianist.
